On July 3, the 80,000DWT multipurpose grain carrier "GUO YI HAI", invested in and built by COSCO SHIPPING Development, was successfully named and delivered at the terminal of COSCO SHIPPING Heavy Industry (Dalian). As the fifth sister vessel in a major industry-finance collaboration project of the Company, the delivery of GUO YI HAI adds another strong performer to the series and further expands the Company's green and intelligent fleet.

Measuring 229.95meters in length and 32.26 meters in breadth, GUO YI HAI features box-shaped cargo holds suitable for transporting grain, containers, large equipment and other cargoes. It is methanol-ready and equipped with an intelligent shipsystem, offering key advantages including specialized capabilities, broad cargo adaptability, cost-efficient operation and environmental performance. Following delivery, the vessel will be chartered and operated by COSCO SHIPPING Bulk onmajor maritime grain routes. It will further strengthen capacity on these routes and provide robust support for smooth maritime grain logistics,representing another vivid example of deeper industrial-chain collaboration and mutually beneficial cooperation.

With successive 80,000 DWT multipurpose grain carriers joining the fleet, COSCO SHIPPING Development continues to strengthen its fleet capabilities.
