To implement the group's requirements for building a young cadre team and effectively enhance the capabilities of young talents in driving the company's high-quality development, from August 19 to August 22, the company held the COSCO SHIPPING Industry-Finance Platform Young Employee Training Program 2025 at the group's Talent Development Institute Shanghai Branch. A total of 35 young employees from the company headquarters and its subsidiaries participated in the training.

This training program is fundamentally guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. Aligned with the company's strategic transformation and the growth needs of young talents, it focuses on four key areas: Party spirit cultivation, integrity in the workplace, professional advancement, and comprehensive competencies. The program integrates diverse forms such as sandbox simulations, expert lectures, case studies, and team collaboration to deliver intensive training. Its goal is to cultivate a young talent pool that meets the demands of new quality productive forces, thereby strengthening the foundation for talent development and corporate growth.

During this training session, participants engaged in group discussions,focusing on six key thematic areas: technological innovation and digital transformation, smart manufacturing, safety production, industry-finance integration, enterprise operations and management. The session concluded with group presentations summarizing their research outcomes. Building upon the outcomes of training, we aim to deepen participants' understanding of corporate strategy and job responsibilities, enhancing their capabilities in strategic comprehension, in-depth analysis, innovative breakthroughs, and collaborative communication.
