On 15 July, the first green vessel loan of COSCO SHIPPING Development was successfully drawn down. It is a vessel mortgage loan successfully drawn from Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited for a 180,000TEU dual-fuel LNG-powered vessel, and the certification of the green vessel loan was completed simultaneously.

　　In the context of the national "dual carbon" goal, COSCO SHIPPING Development has always adhered to green production and fulfilled its social responsibility of green and low-carbon. The successful drawdown of the first green loan marks an important step for COSCO SHIPPING Development to transform into a green and low-carbon enterprise with the aid through financial instruments.
