On 22 April, the healthcare station project undertaken by Shanghai Huanyu Qidong Container Factory, a subsidiary of COSCO SHIPPING Development, was delivered ahead of schedule. This project is a key project for normalized pandemic prevention and control measures in Qidong City, and also an order for special medical container taken on by the Company.

The healthcare station project was initiated since late March. The project is composed of more than 400 containers in the whole and divided into three areas: the isolation ward area, the sanitary passage area, and the living area, which are connected by corridors. The whole area is divided into upper and lower floors, running through closed stairs. The ward area is equipped with open escape stairs, and each isolation ward is equipped with an independent bathroom, air conditioning and other essential living facilities. At the same time, the ward area is also equipped with functional rooms such as electrocardiogram, B-ultrasound, disposal, treatment and rescue as well as office, conference room, monitoring room, restaurant, kitchen, and warehouse.

Qidong Container Factory gave full play to its organizational strength and made all-out efforts to overcome difficulties such as technological breakthroughs, material supply, and sudden pandemic outbreak. It went all out to complete and delivery the project with high quality in less than a month. It got over all difficulties with a high sense of mission by making technology innovation and completing the project ahead of schedule, and made contribution to normalized pandemic prevention and control.
